Data Removal Request
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
When you submit a data removal request, we will delete all personal information associated with your account — including your profile, session history, and identifiable usage data.
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, some data may be retained in fully anonymized form for AI model training and platform improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you in any way.
How to submit your request
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer
Write to dpo@asnative.com with the subject line: Data Removal Request — As Native
Include your account email
We need the email address associated with your As Native account to locate and delete your data correctly.
Wait for confirmation
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR and LGPD requirements.
Data anonymization
Retained data is stripped of all identifiers and cannot be linked to your identity.
Response time
Acknowledgment within 2 business days. Full deletion completed within 30 days.
